The areas in which CCR operate, those of the Western and Southern DRC, and Northern Zambia, are regions of rural agricultural communities whose livelihoods are dependent on subsistence farming. As a company we will aim to bring sustainable development in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

As we progress operations, CCR will work with local government to improve road, water, and power infrastructure, in addition to building medical clinics and schools. We will advance the development of skills in our communities through educational support and training facilities, as well as the employment of local people at our projects both in Zambia and the DRC.

We have a transparent system of consultation to ensure that we operate to the highest standards of practice and have codified anti-corruption and anti-bribery regulations into our Company policy.
