Company overview

Central Copper Resources (CCR) is a copper exploration and development company with exposure to 14 licences across the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), and one in Zambia, covering a total area of 1,296km2.

Central Copper has advanced its projects across Central Africa, led by an experienced and professional management team; the company is currently preparing for the commencement of a Mining Evaluation at Mbamba Kilenda, in addition to a revised understanding of resource potential following the expansion.

The Company is committed to bringing its projects in Zambia and the DRC to production, providing value for its shareholders and stakeholders, and will continue to seek the best opportunities for expansion and development in countries of current operation, and in the region.

Company structure

  • Central Copper Resources Ltd was incorporated in January 2021 as the parent company for the Group’s assets in the DRC and Zambia
  • Central Copper holds a 56.84% stake in COMILU (DRC) and 100% of Armada Minerals (Zambia), in addition to a 78% stake in Titan Mining and Exploration in the DRC
